Ross Hall has been recognized as a 2025 Silver Achievement in Quality Award recipient by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This honor marks the second of three distinctions in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which celebrates long-term care organizations that demonstrate measurable performance improvement and a deep commitment to continuous quality improvement.
The Silver Award acknowledges organizations that have developed and implemented effective processes that lead to better outcomes for residents and staff. Recipients must show significant advancement beyond the foundational requirements of the Bronze level, including stronger organizational alignment, data-driven decision-making, and demonstrated improvements in key areas of care and operations.
Earning the Silver Achievement in Quality Award places Ross Hall among a select group of long-term care communities nationwide working to advance excellence in service, care, and organizational leadership. It not only reflects the dedication of the Ross Hall team and their ongoing commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality support for those they serve, but also a place where Sisters can live with dignity, safety, and belonging.

Sisters and staff members attended a gathering on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to celebrate this remarkable achievement! The video below was shown as a thank you to the staff for a job well done.
