Who Can Use Marillac Center?
Marillac Center is available for rent to groups when usage is consistent with the mission statement of our facility and does not conflict with scheduled activities. All groups must provide liability insurance.
About Our Facilities and Services
Marillac Center offers a variety of meeting and breakout rooms, a dining area, chapel, library, hospitality center, and assembly space for the use of guests. There is also a small exercise room and spa area (hot tub and jet swim pool) available nearby.

- Marillac Assembly is a large gathering space with multi-media capabilities and seats a maximum of 45 people.
- There are four smaller meeting spaces to accommodate groups ranging in size from 15 to 40.
- A small hospitality kitchen is available for snacks and drinks.
- There are two lounge areas with full kitchens, and dining and relaxing areas that comfortably seat 15.
- Adjacent to the lounges are outside patios with tables and chairs.
- There is also a small chapel, Lady Chapel, for private, quiet prayer.
- Most meeting rooms have a screen and dry erase board.
O’Shea Conference Center
This large room is located in the Mother House on first floor. It seats 100 with chairs and 75 with tables and chairs. O’Shea is equipped with multimedia capacities and Internet access.
Wireless Internet
Wireless Internet access is available from all meeting rooms and in our guest rooms. A computer is also available in the Marillac Center library to check email.
Equipment
Marillac Assembly and O’Shea Conference Center are equipped with VCR/DVD technology that projects onto built-in projection screens. A Smart TV and a PowerPoint projector are also available to use in other meeting rooms. Marillac is equipped with microphones (both handheld and lapel) in all of the meeting rooms. There are individual listening devices available for the hearing impaired on request.
Overnight Accommodations
Marillac Center has 25 spacious guest rooms (16 rooms with queen size beds, 9 rooms with two twin beds.) Each room is furnished with a comfortable lounge chair. All rooms have private baths with handicapped-accessible showers.
Meals
Meals are provided for a fee by our food service for all groups on site. Meal times are:
- Breakfast
Monday-Saturday: 7:00-7:45 a.m.
Sunday: 8:00-8:45 a.m. ($8 per meal) - Dinner (main meal)
Daily: 12:00 noon-12:45 p.m. ($12 per meal) - Evening
Daily: 5:10-5:45 p.m. ($10 per meal)
Groups may bring snacks and drinks. We ask that you do not bring in bottled water. Marillac has an ice machine available for guests.

A deposit of 25 percent of the total fee is required at time of contract. We will bill the balance following the event. Make checks payable to Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth.
