WEBSITE SIGN IN PROBLEMS……POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

A number of sisters have expressed that they have been unable to login to the SCL website at the “Login Sisters” prompt. We have discovered that the primary problem is with users who have installed Internet Explorer 7 (even thought you may not have realized that it was installed). If you been unable to login on the website, please follow these steps and you should be successful: Open the browser and:

On the right side of Internet Explorer 7 you will see the word Tools. Click on this.

Note that this brings up a menu that has Internet Options at the bottom of the list. Click on Internet Options.

Note that there are tabs at the top and one of them is labeled Security. Click on that.

See the word that says Trusted Sites. Click on that.

Note that there is a box that simply says Sites. Click on that.

Your cursor should be blinking in an area that says “Add this web site to the zone”. Type the following in that area: http://www.scls.org (no underline) and then click on Add.

Don’t leave this window until you have clicked on the checkmark in front of the words “Require server verification for all sites in the zone” Clicking on the checkmark will remove the checkmark.

Click on OK and it will close the window.

Click on OK again and it will close the second window.

Try to login to the website and see if you are successful.
